SHIPPING POLICY

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Due to the COVID-19 virus and social distancing practices, USPS is expecting delivery delays. Please expect longer than usual shipping times.

We drop off packages at the post office (USPS) every week. 

For orders in the United States, it takes 5-7 days for USPS to deliver orders. 

For international shipping please allow an additional 7-21 business days.

SHIPPING ADDRESS ISSUES

Nerd Square WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE for any shipping address discrepancies which include lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments. 

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address information. If the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase we are not able to make any changes.

 

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER

Yes, once you place an order you will get a confirmation email stating that your order was received. Once your order is shipped you will get another email with tracking information.
